ABOUT US

Tamil Association of Colorado (TAC) is a non-profit, cultural organization serving the Colorado area that will strive to maintain tamil culture, educational and community activities.

May 9, 2004 was an important day for our Colorado Tamil community. Around 50 families gathered at Robert Clement Park, Littleton for the Tamil Picnic. It was felt by everyone that we need to form an association. Office bearers were nominated and eventually Tamil Colorado Association was formed. Currently, the association is conducting many cultural events serving more than 500 families in Colorado.

MISSION

To unite and build a community of Tamil speaking people in Colorado.

OBJECTIVES

Provide a forum to maintain and share the Tamil culture and heritage.

Educate culture and heritage to the younger generation

Interact with other communities with a view to promote unity.

Cultivate and promote tamil culture and friendship by organizing various
cultural events and social activities.
